Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 5–7 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. Please note that we currently ship within the US only.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note that all personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend double-checking all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may ask for a photo of the item to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Care Instructions
To wash, first remove the fabric strap from the clips. Machine or hand-wash the fabric strap on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry or iron.
